AqueP171 and AqueP172 are two different genes in Ensemblgenomes.org, i.e. Aqu1.223046 (PAC:15721574) and Aqu1.223045 (PAC:15721573). Actually, they are encoded at the same chromosomal locus. We currently annotate them two isoforms of the same gene.
