Phosphatase Classification: Superfamily RTR1: Family RTR1
Rtr1 is a yeast gene that has been show to dephosphorylate Serine-5 of CTD repeats of RNA pol II [1, 2]. However, later research challenges these studies [3]. The human ortholog is RPAP2.
