Phosphatase Classification: Fold MTDP: Superfamily MTDP
MTDP is short for MeTallo-Dependent Phosphatases. It is named after the fold and superfamily superfamily in SCOP database. Members of the superfamily can be detected by corresponding HMMs of Pfam and SUPERFAMILY. The superfamilies consists of multiple families as shown in SCOP database.
