Phosphatase Classification: Fold MTDP: Superfamily MTDP

MTDP is short for MeTallo-Dependent Phosphatases. It has two families:

  • PPP - Serine/threonine-specific phosphatase.
  • PAP (purple acid phosphatase) - phosphatase of a wide variety of substrates, including protein.
