Phosphatase Classification: HAD
The HAD (HaloAcid Dehalogenase) superfamily contains an array of different hydrolase enzymes, including several that are known to have protein phosphatase or other phosphatase activites [1, 2]. The following HAD families have reported protein phosphatase activity:
